The first step is to contact us by email or phone. From this initial contact we can start to evaluate the Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) you have and ascertain the circumstances affecting them. - OLS will send a team member to meet with you and conduct a site visit to analyze your assets and logistics. It is at this poinft that we will determine such things as overall mix and condition of assets, your particular time frame, building availability and logistics, what standard the hard drives may need to be wiped to, any requirements for union trades, what may be considered leasehold improvements, and ascertain if there is any unusable/unsaleable assets, etc.
- OLS will report back to you with a Solution, modified to meet your goals and objectives.
- We will inventory, barcode, and photograph every individual item for sale, and make this information available to you, real time on the web.
- OLS will commence selling the assets, through its unique nine sales methods.
- We manage the removal of ALL of the assets.
- We conduct a walkthrough of the space to make certain the project is 100% complete -- even broom sweeping the space if required.
